5 stars is by far, not enough for Doctor Kim and his dental assistant. My wife has a major procedure and she had Parkinson’s. Doctor Kim went far above and beyond took such great care of my wife. This office truly lives by their mission statement and treating their patients like family and friends. I called around for an entire day to try to get my elderly father in to have an emergency tooth extraction. The front desk lady, Gracie, truly cared and did everything she could to help get us in the next day, before the weekend. My dad had just had open-heart surgery and was really suffering all the way around. There was a couple dentist I called that just did not care at all. It is such a wonderful thing to know that there is still some companies that truly care about customer service and their clients. I would recommend this dental office to anyone.
