We had to switch dentists because of insurance but it has been such a great change! My son is four years old and had a really positive experience with Bright Smile Dental! He didn’t get through a full cleaning at our previous dentist and did everything with ease at Bright Smile. My experience has also been great. The staff is so friendly, professional, and helpful. I’m so glad I found this office and highly recommend!

Today I have got a visit to Bright Smile. It was very productive and efficient. Dr. Urell is a real expert and a wonderful human being. Based on X-ray analysis he suggested me the way to fix my problem. Moreover, after explanation of root cause of the issue he set up the appointment and plan in about a one week time frame. 5 stars is by far, not enough for Doctor Kim and his dental assistant. My wife has a major procedure and she had Parkinson’s. Doctor Kim went far above and beyond took such great care of my wife. I can begin to express my high gratitude to this Doctor and all the staff at Bright Smile. An outstanding group of people who do a very outstanding job. I had my first cleaning with Bright Smile Dental this morning and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. I never waited more than two minutes as I transitioned between rooms, and all of the staff I interacted with were very personable. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I went this morning for my biannual cleaning, xrays and exam. Your new office is beautiful! So much more space to do awesome work. Shannon cleaned my teeth, give her 10 stars, she really made my day. I scheduled my next cleaning specifically with her. As always, it’s great to see Dr. Urell and Dr. Cheung. Finally, my husband and I wanted to thank Derreck for his kindness when he was able to get our daughter squeezed in for a cleaning before she started chemotherapy.

After a terrible experience with my previous dentist (wrong charges, lost records, the whole circus), Bright Smile in Powell was a ✨ massive upgrade ✨ For starters, the office is BEAUTIFULLY decorated, welcoming, and stocked with plenty of refreshments, which makes the whole experience feel elevated right when you walk in. (This isn’t your old school musty dentist office your parents used to take you to.) Jay (Jaliedy), my hygienist, was fantastic. Very down to earth, personable, and great at what she does. She made the appointment comfortable and easy from start to finish. & Dr. Kamran was equally wonderful. Approachable, thorough, and clearly focused on patient care. It’s refreshing to find a dentist who feels both trustworthy and genuinely kind. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and shoutout to Dereck for pointing me toward such a great office. If you need a new dentist, I highly recommend Bright Smile. Great people, beautiful space, and a dental experience you’ll actually look forward to.

Awesome service and an amazing team! I met wonderful staff members—Vy, Alexis, and Edith—who worked with both me and my kids. They made the children feel completely at ease and explained every step before administering anything, which I truly appreciated.

The doctor I met, who is also the owner, spoke to me as if I were one of his own children—so comforting and reassuring. There was also a particular doctor who removed one my daughter’s wisdom tooth while she was in excruciating pain but his bedside manner was exceptional. He was kind, nurturing, and asked her thoughtful, intelligent questions during the process to make her not to focus on the tooth that is being removed. You’d think they were family or had known each other for years.

His professionalism, along with the rest of the staff who cared for us today, was truly top-notch. I highly recommend this practice!

Friendly staff that are always willing to help. They’re very accommodating and put my anxious son at ease. My kids especially love the Canes coupons for having no cavities.

Dr. Cheung and Elisha are wonderful! My smile has improved already. They were able to fix my chipped front teeth flawlessly, in preparation for my niece’s wedding!
