This office truly lives by their mission statement and treating their patients like family and friends. I called around for an entire day to try to get my elderly father in to have an emergency tooth extraction. The front desk lady, Gracie, truly cared and did everything she could to help get us in the next day, before the weekend. My dad had just had open-heart surgery and was really suffering all the way around. There was a couple dentist I called that just did not care at all. It is such a wonderful thing to know that there is still some companies that truly care about customer service and their clients. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. Also, the facility is really nice and inviting. Thank You Bright Smiles for helping my dad!

I had a great experience at Bright Smile Dental. The staff is very welcoming and the office is beautiful. My hygienist, Vy, was thorough and gentle. My dentist, Dr. Kamran is intelligent and honest and explained my care plan in detail. I did not feel rushed and all of my questions were answered. I felt comfortable the entire visit. I trust the staff here and would recommended this office to anyone.

Everyone in the office — from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists and specialists — always greeted me warmly, remembering details from previous conversations no matter how much time had passed between visits, and provided me with excellent care. I felt listened to and supported in overcoming my fears as I went through the dental implant process. This staff made themselves available whenever I needed questions answered, regardless of the time of day. I truly appreciate the care and quality of the work I received and I highly recommend the Bright Smile office! I continue to receive extraordinary kindness from the staff. They are patient in explaining the procedures and are engaging at every step in my care. As for the quality of the work, I can only say that in all my years of dental chair visits, I have never before been the recipient of such highly detailed dental care.

I’ve been a patient of Bright Smile Dental since 2009 and cannot say enough good things about the staff. They are by far the best dental team I’ve ever had in my life and I would recommend them to anyone for anything from a cleaning to a crown. They have helped me perfect my smile at a pace that I can afford, and have even thrown in free whitening treatments. Due to my upcoming schedule, I was rushing to fix my filling on Saturday (my normal dentist closes on weekends) then I found Bright Smile Dental. Very thankful that they let me schedule an appointment the day I called. The office was very thoughtful, even my family had a great time while waiting for my appointment to be done. Everyone in the office was very kind, smooth and professional. Dr. Kim was very empathetic, friendly as well as very thorough until the very end.
